Which services do you offer?

Which languages do you work with?
We work with all major European and Asian iGaming languages. You can find a non-exhaustive list here. If in doubt, check with us anytime. Most likely your language combination can be covered by one of our experts.
What is your pricing structure?
We usually work with a per-word rate depending on your languages, complexity of text, and deadline. Hourly and fixed rates are optional as well as special conditions for high-volume orders.
Which topics do you cover?
We cover everything iGaming, betting, and gambling, from land-based and online casino to sports and sportsbook to poker and table games to esports and daily fantasy sports. We’re also happy to help you with general and marketing content.
Which text types do you work with?
We help you localize your full website with all pre- and post-login parts, and help you translate or write a casino review, a slot game description, game rules, newsletters, marketing campaigns, blog posts, betting markets, your bonus, website terms and conditions, and much more.
Which other topics do you cover?
We also work with general marketing content as well as FinTech and crypto projects.
Which topics do you not cover?
We don’t work with technical content such as certified legal documents, medical, or engineering texts.
Do you offer SEO services?
Yes, we offer SEO services and will help you rank high on Google.
Ordering
What do you need to start my project?
If you’re a first-time customer, we require a 50% deposit to start your project. We also need the following:
- source file(s)
- language combination and market(s)
- your deadline
- SEO strategy and keywords if required
- a project brief if available
- tone of voice/brand image/style if any
- any additional information and instructions such as where will the text be published
- who’s your target audience
- how do you want to address your readers (formal or informal)
- does the text have parts that should be kept untouched
- currency conversion guidelines
- pre-translations or pre-set terminology
- anything else you feel is important for us to know
How long does it take to complete my order?
It depends. The turnaround time is affected by verticals such as the number of languages involved, word count, and text type. We will always agree with you on a delivery time before starting your project.
Who will be my contact?
You will be working with your dedicated Project Manager, who will assist you throughout the process. Our friends at Accounting will handle invoicing and administrative requests.
What file formats do you support?
We work with all major file formats including Word, Excel, and PDF, or JSON, and HTML, and many more.
Who are your clients?
Our clients are iGaming operators, affiliate sites, and game developers, among others. We work with both well-established companies and aspiring newcomers.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and PayPal. We’re also happy to receive your payment via Transferwise or other payment facilitation services. If in doubt, just check with us.
Do you accept crypto payments?
We do not accept payments in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies at this moment.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of your invoice. Late payment incurs a 10% penalty fee.
Is there a deposit for new clients?
Yes, there is a 50% deposit for new clients. For security reasons, this will be required for your first order with us. Once it has been safely received, we will start processing your order. The remainder will be paid upon completion of your project.
Do you require pre-payments?
We reserve the right to ask for a 50% pre-payment for high-volume orders. The remainder is then to be paid upon completion of your project.
A 50% deposit is also applicable for new clients.
Do you charge VAT?
We reserve the right to ask for a 50% pre-payment for high-volume orders. The remainder As a VAT-registered company, we don’t charge VAT to VAT-registered businesses in other member states of the EU customs union (‘reverse charge’) and businesses outside the EU customs union. However, we do charge VAT to non-VAT-registered businesses in member countries of the EU customs union.
When will I be invoiced?
You will receive your invoice at the beginning of each new month. We always bill on a monthly basis.
What do you need from a new customer for invoicing?
Upon starting our cooperation, please provide the following details for invoicing: your company name, your full address, and your VAT number and/or company registration number.
