THE ROLE
As Head of Content, you will act as a lead for all things content and localization helping our clients to plan and execute their content strategy, primarily in the iGaming industry. This requires leadership, conceptualization skills, and the ability to assess and exercise judgement over the quality and direction of the team.
The role will suit a passionate self-starter looking for a new challenge in an energetic, dynamic company. Some projects are fairly straightforward and can easily be delegated to an experienced project manager, while others require you to work on a content strategy, recruiting/vendor management, roadmap, troubleshooting, and budget.
As our first point of contact, you will talk to our clients to ensure that all of their requirements are understood. You will agree and manage deadlines and schedules, review materials, and eventually assign the project to a project manager. If they are at capacity, it could be that you will have to manage it yourself.
You will oversee multiple international projects, maintain a strong overview of active projects, and work closely with the team to optimize strategies and guide delivery. You will be responsible for editing and QA for larger and/or important and/or difficult and/or new projects, primarily in your own language – but also in foreign languages to check written content information-wise.

Qualifications and Skills
- Native English speaker
- Relevant two to four-year college/university degree
- Proven track record of a similar role, at least 3 years
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills with attention to detail, spelling, and grammar
