Head of Content – Remote

THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven and proactive Senior Casino Affiliate Account Manager to work on our internal and our clients’ projects. The role is fully remote.

As the Senior Casino Affiliate Manager at WeGotGame and Translation Royale, you will be solely responsible for all activities, in the beginning – meaning you will start alone by doing everything yourself, and then build your/our team from scratch. Hence, you need to be very hands-on and proactive, but also be able to manage teams in the future.

Your passion is affiliate marketing, and you love working with people from all corners of the world and ensuring that our internal, our affiliates’, and clients’ needs are met.

You will also represent our brand and our clients at affiliate conferences or personal meetings with Affiliates and Partners.

You will be our key player in starting our new affiliate department.

Externally, you will take on one or two clients yourself. You will be responsible for updating our clients on all acquisition activities across all channels you’re in charge of, by forging lasting relationships with affiliates and clients, which will result in bottom-line growth in retained value for our clients and said affiliates.

You will find new affiliates and partners, and create and nurture key casino and sportsbook affiliate relationships both with existing and new partners to generate growth. You will deliver marketing campaigns to affiliates and work closely with them to ensure that their affiliate programs meet all regulatory requirements and affiliate compliance checks.

You know…the usual affiliate marketing work.

Internally, this is where a new challenge awaits. You will help create a state-of-the-art affiliate program, including integrating a new affiliate management tool. This means you will need to be technically savvy and handle this project from start to finish.

We’re aiming at revolutionizing the way iGaming businesses work by building a casino startup incubator and want you to be a part of it. Something you can be proud of building.

We’re looking for someone senior with experience who can see themselves becoming a Head of Affiliate Marketing but still wants to “get their hands dirty” with the everyday account management.

Lastly, your creativity is something that comes into play here a lot. Yes, there are tried and tested methods, but we also don’t want the same old, same old – we’re looking for new and creative approaches.

You will work independently but can always rely on our team to help you out. We’re a community. You will be reporting directly to our Co-founder and CEO, Sebastian Scheplitz.

THE CULTURE

At Translation Royale and WeGotGame, we aim to be known as THE premium white-glove service provider of content, localization and marketing services for the iGaming industry and beyond. Our primary focus is iGaming (online casino and sports betting), but we are expanding into Crypto, Beauty, SaaS, and e-commerce.

We are an entirely remote, growing team with a passion for outstanding content, translations, and marketing. We love what we do, and we believe that this is a prerequisite to delivering exceptional work.

We want to provide the highest quality with utmost attention to detail, while also having clients compliment us on our friendliness and ease of working. We take our work seriously, but we always aim to have fun while doing it.

The mental health of our team is very important to us, this is why we have three mental health weeks, where our agency shuts down completely in May, September, and around Christmas/NYE.

We believe that, although some of us are not working side by side since we have a remote-first approach, we should still feel close. We meet up in different places around the world, and have weekly team meetings and get-togethers that substitute for the coffee break chats in the kitchen.
